Cancellations
Please choose wisely, as refunds and cancellations are not permitted once your order has been placed. We no longer offer credits.
Pick up times/Collection information.
Orders are required to be collected during our current business trading hours, if you are late or forget to collect your cake, you will be charged a $50 after hours fee IF we are able to return to the store. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
If you have ordered a cake that is 3 tiers or more, it may be packaged in separate boxes and you may be required to assemble the cake yourself. Assembling the cake yourself is not recommended unless you have experience. We strongly suggest that you hire Miss Naked Cakes to deliver and assemble your cake if it is 3 tiers or more. Delivery to Albury Wodonga is $110 and not available on weekends or Public Holidays. For delivery fees outside of Albury Wodonga please see the website for prices.

Serving size
The serving size displayed on our website is a guide only based on Australian recommended serving size guidelines.
Changes to your order
There will be a minimum $25 amendment fee for any changes to your order once the order has been processed. This fee will be in addition to any costs associated with the changes. In most cases we can accommodate changes, however at times it is NOT possible. We will however endeavour to accommodate you to the best of our ability. Any changes made to your order within 14 days of collection or delivery will NOT be possible due to scheduling.
Delivery of your order
For any cake that is 3 tiers or more we strongly suggest you include our delivery service to your order. When we deliver a tiered cake, each tier is packaged separately, and we assemble the cake on site to avoid any damage during transportation. Assembly of a tiered cake is a delicate process and should only be attempted by a professional.
Quality
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that food items are perishable and delicate products. Our aim is to provide only the freshest and highest quality products to our customers. Unfortunately, once we dispatch our products or our customers take possession of them, a number of factors relating to the care and transportation of the cakes may result in the quality being compromised or damage occurring to the products that are beyond our control or responsibility. We highly recommend our delivery & assembly service to avoid any potential issues.
Variations from pictured items
In some cases, it may be necessary to change a colour or vary a product from the picture on our site, as certain items/products may from time to time be unavailable.
Please note that where colours are concerned, the pictures represented on a computer may not be a true representation of the colour of the actual product as quite often screen colours are not correct and therefore your order may appear to be slightly different in colour from that shown.
Refunds
Refunds are no provided. However, If you have found that for any reason the product you ordered did not meet your expectations, then please contact us via email as soon as possible. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
If there is an issue with your order, please note that you must refrigerate or freeze the item immediately and return it to us on the same or next business day.
Disclosure of Information
We will not disclose any personal information such as your name, address, email, telephone number to any person outside of the company, unless the customer has authorised us to do so or unless required by law to disclose such information.
Furthermore, under no circumstances will we sell or receive payments or services for disclosing customer's personal information to any partner or external company.
