Yes! We have a beautiful and delicious range of cakes available to purchase in store or online. Starting from $60. They are called our 'Need it Now' Cakes and are a 6" size which feeds 10-15 guests. You can check them out at our Online Store. We always recommend that you pre order at least 24 hours prior to avoid disappointment.

Our Need It Now Cakes are not customisable at all. The cakes in our online custom cake range can be customised eg: change colours/cake flavour/size. If you cannot see the option available online, it means that customisation is not available. Our books are currently closed to custom cakes, however, you can create your own cake design using the "Create Your Own" product option on our website (under 'custom cakes')

Yep! We sure do! Our drive thru window is open Monday-Thursday 8am-3pm and Friday 8am-6pm.... aaaaand on Tuesdays every drive thru customer gets a FREE treat!!! The coffee machine gets turned off at 2:45pm Monday-Thursday and 5pm on Fridays. Entry is via 30 Mint Street Wodonga

Yes! We have a range of Gluten Free Vegan cupcakes. The 6 flavours we offer are Choc Strawberry, Vanilla Berry, Mocha, Vanilla Funfetti, Choc Lava and Pear & Cinnamon. We also have raw gluten free, vegan, dairy free, refined sugar free, paleo friendly slices/cups. Please note that our products are not recommended for people with coeliac disease. While we take care in preparing all of our products, we are not a 'free from' kitchen, and cross contamination with gluten is possible. Additionally, some of our products contain nuts or may come into contact with nuts during preparation. If you have specific dietary concerns, please contact us for more information before purchasing.

Yes we do. They start from $10. You can view them at our Online Store. We can also arrange a custom made cake topper for you, starting at $65.

Your cake will be ready for you to collect based on the time you selected when you checked out online. Our store hours are at the bottom of our website.

Please contact us directly and we will see what we can do for you. If one of our team members is able to come back to the store there will be a $100 after hours collection fee. You are welcome to have someone else collect your order on your behalf during our opening hours. They will need your order number.

We can offer delivery for wedding cakes that need to be assembled on site. The delivery fee starts at $110 for the Albury Wodonga area. You can select delivery and add to your order before you check out. You can have our cupcakes and some of our Need It Now cakes delivered to your door via the Menulog app.

Currently our books are closed for custom cakes, and we are not providing quotes for bespoke designs. However, we offer a range of cake designs under our "Custom Cake" category online, where you can personalise certain aspects like size, flavours, colours etc. This allows you to create a cake that suits your needs from our pre-designed options! Our gluten free/vegan cupcakes will be amazing for 3 days, our regular range of cupcakes will be amazing for 5 days and our cakes up to 7 days. You will need to store them in the fridge in their box that they came in and you can even wrap the box in glad wrap for ultimate freshness or store them in an airtight container You can also freeze our cakes for up to 6 months.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Cancellations Please choose wisely, as refunds and cancellations are not permitted once your order has been placed. We no longer offer credits. Pick up times/Collection information. Orders are required to be collected during our current business trading hours, if you are late or forget to collect your cake, you will be charged a $50 after hours fee IF we are able to return to the store. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances. If you have ordered a cake that is 3 tiers or more, it may be packaged in separate boxes and you may be required to assemble the cake yourself. Assembling the cake yourself is not recommended unless you have experience. We strongly suggest that you hire Miss Naked Cakes to deliver and assemble your cake if it is 3 tiers or more. Delivery to Albury Wodonga is $110 and not available on weekends or Public Holidays. For delivery fees outside of Albury Wodonga please see the website for prices. Please take note of 'Delivery of your order' for more information. Serving size The serving size displayed on our website is a guide only based on Australian recommended serving size guidelines. Changes to your order There will be a minimum $25 amendment fee for any changes to your order once the order has been processed. This fee will be in addition to any costs associated with the changes. In most cases we can accommodate changes, however at times it is NOT possible. We will however endeavour to accommodate you to the best of our ability. Any changes made to your order within 14 days of collection or delivery will NOT be possible due to scheduling. Delivery of your order For any cake that is 3 tiers or more we strongly suggest you include our delivery service to your order. When we deliver a tiered cake, each tier is packaged separately, and we assemble the cake on site to avoid any damage during transportation. Assembly of a tiered cake is a delicate process and should only be attempted by a professional. Quality We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that food items are perishable and delicate products. Our aim is to provide only the freshest and highest quality products to our customers. Unfortunately, once we dispatch our products or our customers take possession of them, a number of factors relating to the care and transportation of the cakes may result in the quality being compromised or damage occurring to the products that are beyond our control or responsibility. We highly recommend our delivery & assembly service to avoid any potential issues. Variations from pictured items In some cases, it may be necessary to change a colour or vary a product from the picture on our site, as certain items/products may from time to time be unavailable. Please note that where colours are concerned, the pictures represented on a computer may not be a true representation of the colour of the actual product as quite often screen colours are not correct and therefore your order may appear to be slightly different in colour from that shown. Refunds Refunds are no provided. However, If you have found that for any reason the product you ordered did not meet your expectations, then please contact us via email as soon as possible. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation. If there is an issue with your order, please note that you must refrigerate or freeze the item immediately and return it to us on the same or next business day. Disclosure of Information We will not disclose any personal information such as your name, address, email, telephone number to any person outside of the company, unless the customer has authorised us to do so or unless required by law to disclose such information.
